ONE DAY HIKES

If canceled more than 3 days - return 100%

If canceled between 3 to 2 days - return 50%

If canceled in less than 2 days return not provided

Instead of a refund, it is possible to transfer the deposit to another hike. Transfers follow the same rules as returns.

HIKING, INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP TOURS

To reserve a place, a prepayment (security deposit) of 20% of the cost is required.

If canceled more than 10 days in advance, 10% (50% prepayment) of the total cost is refunded. The remainder of the deposit is retained to cover the operational costs of the pre-booking.

To confirm the booking, the remaining amount (80%) must be paid 10 days before the event.

If canceled less than 10 days in advance (after full payment has been made), the amount will be retained in full and is non-refundable, as we provide non-refundable payments for accommodation, guides and logistics.

If the trip is canceled or postponed to other dates on our part, the refund/transfer is carried out in full.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve a place.

The remaining amount must be paid 10 days before the event.

The money transfer is made within 14 days after the return request is approved.
