PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that Individual Entrepreneur P/E Maksim Eremeev (TIN/Registration number: 306387157, Georgia, hereinafter referred to as the “Executor” or “We”) may receive

about the User/Client (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) while using the site https://hikingmax.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), filling out registration forms, as well as during subsequent booking and payment for tourist activities.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Using the Site, filling out feedback forms, booking tours or providing your data to the Contractor in other ways means the unconditional consent of the User

with this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal data specified therein.

1.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User must refrain from using the Site and the Contractor’s services.

1.3. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the legislation of Georgia (Law on the Protection of Personal Data),

as well as taking into account international data processing standards (including the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR for residents of the European Union).

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS

The Contractor may collect and process the following personal data of the User:

Personal data: First name, last name, citizenship, date of birth.

Contact information: Mobile phone number (including linked accounts in Telegram/WhatsApp messengers), email address.

Specific data for tours: Information about physical fitness, level of experience in hiking, the presence of chronic diseases, allergies or injuries (solely for the purpose of ensuring safety on the mountain route and completing a group first aid kit), as well as clothing and shoe sizes for organizing equipment rental/rental.

Photo and video materials: User Images (photos

and video recordings) obtained during the Events by guides or staff photographers of the Contractor.

Technical data: IP address, cookies, data about browser type, operating system, referral source and behavior on the Site.

3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We process Users' personal data solely for the following purposes:

3.1. Execution of the Public Offer: Registration for hiking and hiking, booking places in shelters, hotels, issuing official passes to national parks and organizing transfers.

3.2. Communication and coordination: Creation of group organizational chats in instant messengers (Telegram/WhatsApp) to promptly inform participants about timings, weather, changes in the program and equipment.

3.3. Safety on the route: Timely consideration of the physiological characteristics and health status of participants by Hiking Max walking guides.

3.4. Marketing and SMM: Use of photo and video materials from the Events for publication on the Website, on social networks (Instagram, Telegram, etc.) in order to demonstrate the atmosphere of the hikes, as well as for publishing reviews.

3.5. Advertising Analytics: Optimizing Advertising Campaigns

in search and social networks, as well as improving the interface

and operation of the Site.

4. PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND SECURITY OF PAYMENT DATA

4.1. Payment for the Contractor's services can be made in the following ways:

Online payment through the international payment service Flitt (or similar certified payment widgets on the Site);

Direct bank transfer using the details provided by the Contractor to the current account of the individual entrepreneur (P/E Maksim Eremeev);

Payment of part of the amount in cash directly on the start day of the Event. 4.2. Executor

does not collect, process or store Clients’ payment data (bank card numbers, expiration dates, CVC/CVV codes). When paying through the Flitt service (or analogues), all payment information is encrypted and processed on secure servers of the corresponding certified processing center. When making a direct transfer, the data is processed by the Client’s servicing bank and the Contractor’s bank.

5. SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

5.1. Group chats: The User agrees that when adding an Event in messengers to an organizational chat, his phone number, profile name and nickname become visible to other members of this group.

5.2. Use of third-party IT platforms: To collect participant profiles (information about health, equipment, etc.), the Contractor uses cloud automation platforms (Google Forms, Tally, Notion, etc.). Data transmission to these platforms is protected by their internal international security protocols.

5.3. Logistics partners: The Contractor has the right to transfer the minimum required amount of data (for example, first name, last name, citizenship) to third parties: drivers/transport companies, national park administrations (for group registration)

and equipment rental partners.

5.4. The Contractor undertakes not to sell or transfer the User’s personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes not directly related to the activities of Hiking Max.

6. USE OF COOKIES AND ANALYTICS SYSTEMS

6.1. The Site uses third-party web analytics tools

and targeted advertising, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (for Instagram/Facebook advertising).

6.2. These systems collect anonymized technical information (cookies) about the User’s visit to the Site. The data is used to analyze user experience, track the effectiveness of targeted guide advertising

and setting up relevant advertisements.

6.3. The user has the right at any time to disable the storage of cookies or configure their selective acceptance in the settings of his Internet browser.

7. USER RIGHTS

Each User has the right:

7.1. Request confirmation from the Contractor that his data has been processed and receive a list of them.

7.2. Request correction, update or addition of your personal data.

7.3. Withdraw your consent to data processing (including requesting the removal of his images from Hiking Max social networks) by sending a written request to the Contractor's email.

Note: Withdrawal of consent to the processing of contact information before the start of the Event will cancel the opportunity to participate in the tour due to the impossibility of coordination, which is regulated by the cancellation rules in the Offer Agreement.

8. SECURITY, STORAGE AND CHANGE POLICY

8.1. The Contractor takes all necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, modification or destruction.

8.2. The Contractor has the right to make changes to this Policy unilaterally. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site.
